Information you give us: your email address (required); your phone number (optional — only if you provide it and opt in to texts); and your marketing consent choices (email and/or SMS), with the date and time of consent.

Information collected automatically: a referral source (for example, a utm_source value), and standard technical data your browser sends such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not collect payment information on this Site. This is a pre-launch waitlist; no purchases are made here.

2. How we use your information

To add you to our founding-member waitlist; to send you launch updates, early-access offers, and marketing by email and — only if you opted in — by SMS; to understand where signups come from; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with applicable laws.

3. Marketing communications and your consent

Email: by joining the waitlist, you consent to receive marketing emails. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email.

SMS: we only send texts if you check the SMS consent box and provide a number. Your consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Opt out anytime by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.

4. How we share your information

With service providers who help us operate the waitlist and send messages — for example our website and backend host (Lovable Cloud) and our email/SMS platform — only as needed to provide their services. For legal and safety reasons if required by law. In a business transfer such as a merger, financing, or sale. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain on our waitlist or customer list, or as needed for the purposes above, unless you ask us to delete it or a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Access to waitlist data is restricted to authorized accounts through our backend dashboard. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Email: unsubscribe via the link in any email. SMS: reply STOP to opt out. Access or deletion: email us at support@everyours.co.

U.S. state privacy rights: depending on your state (for example California, Utah, Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut), you may have rights to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising. 8. Children's privacy

The Site and our products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, contact support@everyours.co and we will delete it.

The Site may use basic cookies and analytics to function and to understand general usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how the Site works.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the Effective date above, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
