By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Ever Yours at the number you provided — including founding-member updates, launch and early-access notifications, offers, and promotions. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages from us.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your wireless carrier and are your responsibility.

4. How to opt out

Cancel anytime by texting STOP to the number you received our messages from. We will send a one-time confirmation, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@everyours.co.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed. The Program is generally supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, though availability may vary.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and the account holder or authorized user of the number you provide.

8. Changes to your mobile number

If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us or text STOP.

9. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms. Changes are effective when posted with a revised Effective date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
